We require a non refundable $50 deposit to book maintenance appointments and a $100 non refundable deposit to book a starter loc appointment.

After booking, the client will be contacted by the selected service provider regarding the payment method for the deposit. 

If the client fails to pay the deposit, the appointment will canceled and will need to be rescheduled.

If clients need more time to send their deposit, they must either text the shop number

Deposits can be paid via cash or debit card.

(All card transactions include a 3.5% processing fee)

Cash deposits can be scheduled with your service provider, or collected in person when rescheduling for your next appointment.


Upon booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email containing important information about your appointment.

​Please read your confirmation email before your appointment.


New clients must text or email pictures of their hair to us before their appointment.


To cancel/reschedule your appointment, your service provider must be notified 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide notice within the allotted time frame will result in a forfeit of the original deposit and a new deposit must be put down to schedule a new appointment.


Failure to attend your appointment will result in a forfeit of your original deposit. If you wish to reschedule, then 50% of the service must be put down to reschedule.
